1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting. Apologies were received from Dafydd Elis-Thomas and David Rees. Sandy Mewies deputised on behalf of David Rees.
2 Inquiry into Youth Entrepreneurship - Ministerial scrutiny
